Getting there

Through Kimana Gate.

Kenya Wildlife Service lists Kimana Gate among Amboseli’s entrances, reached from Emali on the Nairobi–Mombasa road along the Loitokitok road, and notes that a road links Amboseli with Tsavo West through the same gate. Inside the park, KWS asks visitors to stay on established roads, keep at least 20 metres from wildlife and remain in their vehicles except in designated areas.
